Utility bill (electric, gas, water, insurance, excluding mobile phone bill)
Council tax statement
Mortgage statement
Bank statement
TV licence statement

Lenders require proof of identification and address to make sure you are who you say you are. This is for security reasons, and to ensure we receive the correct information.
