The Client shall have the right to terminate the Agreement without any charge by giving notice to the Company within 14 days of signing the Letter of Engagement. You may cancel the Agreement by post, email or verbally.
You do not need to use a claims management company to make your claim; and if your claim is unsuccessful, you can refer it to a statutory ombudsman service, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, yourself for free.
